Fix & Flip Loans

Max LTV: 90% of Purchase
Rehab: 100% of Rehab
Loan to ARV 75%
Term: 12 - 24 months

Commercial Loans

Property Types: Mixed use, Retail, office, retail, warehouse, light industrial, self-storage and flex space.
LTV: Up to 80%
Term: Amortization up to 30 years

New Construction

Properties Types: Single Family detached, condos, townhomes, multi family
LTV: Up to 85% of Project Cost
Loan Amount: from $500k to $100M
Term: 12-24 Month - Interest Only

We typically arrange funding from 90% – 100% of the repair cost
